Tradition has it that the sixpence is given as a symbol of Good Luck.

This gift would be suitable to be given as a gift for a Christening or Baptism, Wedding, Engagement, Graduation or for a New Job.

The card reads:

'On this your very special day, special wishes are sent to you, and with them this litle sixpence, to bring happiness and luck too.'

This genuine British Sixpence is given with a copy of the verse printed on Ivory Card with an organza bag. You can choose Ivory, Sky Blue or Pink, please email me or leave a message when you checkout.
