Full description
Light up your home with this special pendant lampshade created from vintage sheet music.
The lamp shade is created by applying handcut circles of sheet music to a paper globe shade.
The music paper comes from Chopin's 'Nocturne' and the paper has a lovely vintage colour.
The Nocturne is an expressive, dreamy melody and is perfect to add a special touch to your room.
The shade looks lovely unlit and glows beautifully when lit. The warm cream colour of the vintage paper softens the harsh light of energy-saving bulbs.
The lantern is created with a 12" (30.5cm) diameter paper lampshade; the finished circumference is approx 37". The maximum light bulb recommended for this size paper lantern is a 60W GLS / 11W energy saving bulb.
The listing is for the paper shade only, the lantern is designed for use with a standard ceiling pendant type lamp holder.
Treated with 'Flametect' fireproof spray for complete peace of mind.
Packaged for shipping in a strong mailing box, carefully wrapped to arrive safely.
