My daughter inspired me to make this card. We were spending a very wet Sayurday afternoon colouring a wide variety of stamped images (we did go a little mad) using different techniques. We were discussing her GCSE choices for next year and wondering if she will have the time to take Art GCSE. I watched her as she coloured her stamps with ease mving form the differerent techniques, I was amazed and proud. While talking I colored this image thinking about our cat Gizmo who died last year. I automately reached for the orange, ginger tones. He only brought 1 mouse to the house and to be honest he looked bemused to why he mouse wasn't moving and maybe wondering if they should have stayed at just the one glass of bubbly.
