This is the second one of its kind and wil be the last. The first was snapped up by a colleague on first sighting! The velvet and lace trim comes from a vintage top that I wanted to recycle because the trim was so beautiful. The vintage mother of pearl buttons came from my grandmother's button box. The idea came from laying the buttons over the lace and knowing that combination had to be turned into something pretty!

Full description
This is an occasion bag, it would be lovely for a wedding or for a special night out. It is made of coffee coloured suedette fabric with decoration in cream lace, and chocolate velvet with accents picked out in gold thread, embellished with vintage mother of pearl buttons. It is lined with coffee coloured taffeta and has a magnetic catch to close. It measures 11 wide 7.5 deep. It is fully interfaced and has a piece of plastic canvas in the base to give it some rigidity. The handle is 23.5 long so it can be carried on the shoulder and tuck under the arm or over the elbow.
