I've loved "Father Christmas' Robin" since I was tiny - my Dad always used to tell me they popped along to keep an eye and see if I was being a good girl. Robins just say Christmas to me, they're so beautifully coloured and their little eyes are full of intelligence - so its really easy to believe they truly are "Santa's little helpers"

A hand crocheted brooch in the shape of a robin, made in of red and brown yarns, accented with a cream sparkle yarn. The eye is a vintage black button. The brown yarn has a slight fleck, which givesa hint of feathers.
