Part of my Feelin` Sheepish range. This lovely purse is sewn from my own handmade felt, it is creamy white merino with a selection of my own handspun yarns (theres alpaca, black welsh & polwarth yarn) incorporated into the felt. The purse is sewn together with my handspun Shetland yarn.
Each of my purses is a one of a kind original; I use my own handmade felt and no 2 pieces are ever exactly the same (unless of course its a plain colour, then its the decoration which will set them apart).
I have handsewn in a good quality zip fastener (YKK) which has a felt & glass bead charm /zipper-pull. There is an additional closure - a beautiful Italian maple wood bead to hold the flap down.
The front is adorned with one of my sweet little trademark sheep. The head is handsewn onto the purse, then I needlefelt curly locks on to give him his `hair-do`. His eyes are french knots.
Measures: 14cm x 11cm
This is a lovely & very distinctive purse, I love it - hope it finds a home with somebody else who will love it too.
Easy to care for: Gentle handwash & dry naturally. NOT suitable for washing machine / tumble drier. Care information will come with the purse.
