Colourway: Aqua
A melange of blue and turquoise from pale to bright.
We have a lot of water in Longdendale, from small upland streams to the reservoirs.
Yarn: Rhodeswood DK, 100% Bluefaced Leicester wool
A soft but hard-wearing yarn that would make lovely warm hats, jumpers or mittens.
Rhodeswood Reservoir is the third in the chain of reservoirs in the Longdendale Valley, and it is from here that water is sent through the Mottram tunnel to Manchester.
100g/240m approx. – this amount should be enough for a hat or pair of mittens.
DK weight yarn - recommended needle size: 4mm.
Hand wash, dry flat.
