Walking along a lane I saw a leaf being blown across the road, but as I got nearer I realized it was actually a little wood mouse darting this way and that. As soon as I got home I got out my hook and yarn and made a little mouse. I have placed him on a candle holder with some holly. I was so pleased with him that I immediately made another one. The little mouse made it safely across the road and into the woods.

Full description
This decoration is made entirely of crochet using wool and acrylic mixtures. The eyes of the little wood mouse are small black bead firmly stitched in place. The stuffing is polyester filling. The decoration measures 12cm High to the top of the candle flame and 11 cm across.
