One of the schools linked to Mityana Projects has lost part of its roof in a recent storm and urgently needs replacing as the children have either to crowd into other buildings or have lessons outside. As they are already about 60 to a classroom, this is a real problem.

Full description
Beautifully constructed bag in a vintage green embroidered fabric. Made from a variety of donated fabrics. The bag is fastened with a magnetic clasp, fully lined with a mobile phone pocket and the fabric has been stiffened with iron on interlining.
Measurements are as follows:
Bag at opening is approx 8 inches wide by 2 inches deep as top is gathered into the band
Widest point across bag is approx 14 inches
Height of bag is approx 11 inches
Long shoulder strap measures approx 2 inches wide x 28 inches long
All the money raised from the sale of this bag will be taken out to Uganda to support schools in the Mityana area west of Kampala, via a Charity called Mityana Projects (http://mityanacharity.org/)
