Full description
This is the moment Darcy declares his love, in the timeless classic Pride and Prejudice, inked onto an original page of an upcycled copy of the book itself.
The page has been framed in a chunky black float frame. I buy wood from my brother's framing workshop to make my frames, and because I use such small pieces there is very little waste. All their wood comes from sustainable sources.
As of 15th January 2012, I have a new (vintage) copy of Pride and Prejudice which is slightly different to the one I was using previously. If you are purchasing to match one bought before this date, please let me know - I saved some of the other pages!
