This pendant, with a textured crater, has been glazed with a matt turquoise stoneware glaze with cobalt blue melted into it. The piece has been finished with a sterling silver bead and glass beads.
This piece is textured and sculptural and measures 1 1/4inch/3 cm long with a depth of 0.3 inches/8mm. The pendant is unglazed and is initialed on the back.
This pendant will be supplied with a short (16inch) dark blue cord with a barrel clasp. If you would like a longer cord, or a different colour (available-white, dark blue, green, bright pink, pale pink, black, dark brown, mid brown, soft blue) please let me know . The end caps on the cord are sterling silver, but the barrel clasp is only plated. I like these clasps as they feel secure and are easy to fasten, but if you would like me to exchange it for a sterling silver carabiner clasp, I can do so for an additional fee of £1.25
This pendant will delivered in a small black gift box.
Totally unique and original, these pendants are based on my ceramic sculptures. I have been developing this technique for the past five years influenced by coral, geology and the inherent qualities of the clay itself.
