The fabric was so delightful I just felt it was perfect for a vintage feel skirt.

Full description
This pretty skirt which has a retro/vintage feel about it has been handcrafted from a print fabric featuring large white Eiffel Towers and white foliage on a black background and is 100% Cotton. Its complimented by the fabric forming the waist band which is a sequined taffeta. The skirt has been finished around the hemline with a lacy black trimming. It pulls in on the waist or the hips for a more flattering fit, with a black self coloured flower print silky ribbon. It is approximately 17” long to just above the knee. As it pulls in on the waist by the ribbon then it fits sizes approx 8 to 14
