I can't actually remember how this idea came to me, as I started making them over 10 years ago. I like to think they are a product of my nutty personality and they always produce a smile when anyone sees them, which makes me happy.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Full description
Flat wooden base (6.5cm x 4cm) with two "nut people" on it, with a unique decoration and message, which varies from nutty gift to nutty gift. The message on the “Nuts Family” Nutty Gift reads:
"My family tree is full of nuts!"
Messages can be personalised to your requirements such as:
"The Russell family is full of nuts!
We love them all"
