A stunning green vintage cameo with pretty floral roses sits in a silver lace setting with contrasting red beads attached.
Cameo measures approx 1 or 25mm high. Total length of necklace is 18-19.5 with a silver plated chain. Closes with a lobster clasp and extender with a tiny turquoise glass bead attached.
