As is often the case, these gorgeous creations originated from a pair of truly vile 70s earrings that at one point I considered just chucking in the bin. It wasn't until I removed the diamante 'leaf' drops that I became inspired to combine them with pretty springtime colours - hopefully we might see some winter sun to go with them!

These are really special earrings. Sparkling diamante drops from a pair of vintage earrings are teamed with a vintage necklace clasp, faceted smoky quartz, amazonite, prehnite and shimmering white freshwater pearls, all lovingly handwired together with gold wire.
So if you're looking for the perfect finishing touch for your party dress, or a really special present for that hard-to-buy-for person, these one of a kind earrings are perfect - and I can guarantee you will never see anyone else wearing a pair like them.
