We have always had a great love of herbs and grow around 200 varieties on our farm. We started making bath and beauty products for ourselves. We then started selling them and having personally had bad experiences with chemicals in commercial products, we decided on a 100% natural ingredients policy. We grow as much as possible on our farm to keep our carbon footprint low. We believe the knowledge of herbs must be preserved and passed on. We hope you enjoy our products as much as we do. A salt scrub with a difference! Made from 100% natural ingredients, including Calendula infused oil made on our farm. Calendula, a herb renown for its healing and rejuvenating properties. We grow the flowers ourselves, pick, dry and separate the petals by hand. The petals are macerated in Organic Sunflower Seed Oil for 3 months. This process extracts the therapeutic constituents of the Calendula. We then blend the Calendula Oil with organic Shea Butter, Avocado Oil, Dead Sea Salt, Natural Vitamin E Oil and Essential Oils to make our scrubs. The fragrance of the scrub comes only from pure essential oils, The colour only from the natural ingredients.
Peppermint and Tea tree oils are wonderful fresh smelling antiseptics and Tea tree is an antifungal, so this scrub is particularly good for feet. Peppermint is also an analgesic so will soothe aching feet. The Dead Sea salt, rich in minerals, cleanses and exfoliates while the organic shea butter and oils simultaneously moisturise. This scrub is also excellent for use on dry working hands.
Ingredients: dead sea salt, organic sunflower seed oil, shea butter, avocado oil, calendula flower extract & petals, vitamin E oil, peppermint essential oil and leaves, tea tree essential oil.
