This is a wonderful dramatic piece to wear for the year of the tiger. The year of the tiger starts on Valentine's day 14th February 2010 and ends on the 2nd of February 2011.
Maybe your born the year of tiger, these years are 1902, 1914, 1926, 1938, 1950, 1962, 1974, 1986, and 1998.
This impressive and very detailed piece is made from high quality brass that has been heavily plated with real silver which is hollow backed so light to wear. It has a hand oxidized vintage finish and measures 2 5/8 inches wide (about 65mm) and 2 inches high. The necklace measures 18 inches but I can adjust the length free of charge. I have used a toggle clasp.
