Full description
This vase was thrown on my potters wheel from a white stoneware clay. The pot was bisque fired when dry before being dipped in the ivory white glaze. Once this glaze was dry the blue glaze was poured over the side of the pot. The pot was then fired to 1200 degrees celsius allowing the glazes to work their magic. The blue and white have reacted with each other to create subtle variations in colour and richness. The pot is 9cm in diameter and 12cm tall.
