Full description

Say hello to Jolly Robin! I made my little robin to hang on my tree at Christmas. But he is so cute I think I will make robins in different colours to hang around the house all year long!

This listing is for the knitting pattern for you to make your own robin. You can make your robin as a little toy, or as a hanging decoration.

To make your robin you need to know how to knit, purl, cast on, cast off, intarsia colour knitting, increases, decreases, knit i-cord and sewing seams. The pattern is 8 pages and includes row by row instructions so you don’t forget your place.

Full instructions for construction including photos are included in the pattern. All pieces are knitted flat on 3mm straight needles (except i-cord which is made on two double pointed needles (DPNs)). The robin uses less than 50g of brown wool, and less than 25g of red wool and yellow wool,

The finished robin body is approximately 8cm high (excluding the dangly legs).

Please note that this is not a listing for a finished item. This listing is for the knitting patterns only.

The patterns will be emailed to you in pdf format and I endeavour to send your pattern to you within 24 hours of cleared payment.
