Full description

This fruit is made from upcycled fabrics and filled 75% with little fabric scraps, 25% with toy filling. Ribbon and thread are not upcycled. Pear measures 11 cm (4 1/2 in) without ribbon, which gives it extra 4-5 cm (about 2 in). Apple is 6 cm (5 1/4 in) in height, ribbon adds 3,5 cm (1 1/2 in). NB! Pretend fruit you see on the photos are not for sale. I will make you a new one. It will look 98% alike.

I think it can be used as a pincushion or a toy - my 10-month-old daughter loves them, especially the ribbons on top! :) They are safely stitched in and cannot be pulled off. I personally have tried. Not too hard, though. :)

If you like these fruits, and/but would like some other upcycled fabrics pretend fruit or veg, then just convo me. If you buy several, they will be cheaper! :) Note that finding the perfect fabric for your wish may take a few days, though.

Most of my fabrics I use (at the moment) have been either my own or my family's clothes. No underwear or socks of course! Others come from charity shops, I buy mainly curtains. Some of the fabrics are hand-dyed.

This item is made by me in my pet- and smoke-free home.
