This notebook/ journal has been created using traditional bookbinding methods. I have left the spine exposed, as I think it a shame to hide this particularly attractive feature.
This book is covered with a pale grey vintage linen. I particularly liked the rust marks on the fabric and mimicked their colour with the pale orange papers exposed along the spine of the book. The book can be secured with a blue measuring tape, as a small magnet has been securely embedded within the hard cover to hold the tape in place.
The book contains 10 signatures, or 60 folios (folded pages), of assorted scavenged and 100% recycled papers.
Measurements: height 15 cm, width 10 cm and depth 3 cm
