I made this ring whilst actually making a special custom order for a lovely Folksy customer. In her piece I was using lavender, and hoping to get a deep rich purple background by custom colouring resin with my own secret ingredient! When I saw how lovely the lavender version looked I just had to make one with rose petals too, to compliment the rich purple hue of the custom coloured resin.

Full description
This chunky, domed resin ring has been lovingly hand crafted by setting real dried rose petals in crystal clear resin, and finishing with a deep purple.
I have encased the delicate petals through a resin casting process that takes several days. Once happy with the petal arrangement I have added a final layer of a custom mixed purple resin, to give a lovely rich hue and depth. Once fully cured the resin piece has been carefully sanded and polished until lovely and shiny!
The flower dome is approx. 1.5cm wide and the ring band is silver plated and adjustable to fit most sizes! Though chunky and durable the ring is lightweight and easy to wear. It can be worn as a simple feature piece or teamed with other chunky jewellery for a kitsch, boho or vintage style.
All of my rings are individually hand made by me, so no two are exactly alike. This means you get a beautiful one-off jewellery item which you won't find anywhere else. So why not treat yourself or someone special to an original handmade piece!
