This is beautiful linked bracelet made with Amethyst rounds, being a natural semi-precious stone, each one is different - from the dark almost black purple, to the light and translucent lilac shades.The stones are wire wrapped by hand in copper, giving a lovely contrast with the amethyst.
The bracelelet measures approximatley 7 1/2 " long and fastens with toggle clasp, the width of the beads is approx 10 mm. If you would like the bracelet smaller or bigger please contact me after purchasing as I can do this for you.
Within gemstone meanings, the word amethyst comes from the Greek meaning "without drunkenness" This is a stone traditionally worn to guard against drunkeness and to instill a sober mind.
The amethyst is known as the Bishop's Stone and is still worn by Catholic Bishops. The amethyst symbolizes piety, humility, sincerity and spiritual wisdom.
The bracelet will come to you gift wrapped in an organza bag.
