This unique and one of a kind flower accessory has been hand felted from merino wool by me in our home studio. It has also been nuno felted with recycled sari silk to give it extra depth, texture and shine. I call these flowers ArtWear because the fibres and colours are mingled together, to my eye like the colours and blends on an artists palette...
I have made it with love and care from a combination of needle-felting and wet felting. I have handsewn the flower with extra strong canvas thread to both a brooch back and an alligator hair clip. It is approximately 13cm across at it's widest point.
I can never make the same flower twice, no matter how hard I try... so if you love it, I recommend snapping it up!
Each piece is sent via First Class Recorded post in the UK (otherwise standard airmail - see below) in a card stock packaging box and is well packaged to ensure its safe arrival to you in pristine condition, this is included in the price of the postage. Please note, if you order more than one piece they will come in the same box for environmental reasons!
