Full description
A cushion made from small patchwork squares of (mostly) recycled and vintage fabric from my collection. Each small square approximately 4.5cm. Roughly 15 squares by 14, about 62cm x 56cm.
Patchwork front & back.
I was aiming for a used, haphazard look and so the squares are placed completely at random (more difficult than it sounds!).
The fabric includes Laura Ashley and a few bits of Liberty. Most of the fabric is reclaimed, or, if it is new, is left from another project. Reclaimed fabric is very time consuming to find, wash, unpick, iron etc.
Its a bit difficult to measure because the cushion is so puffy!
Includes the polyester inner.
The closure is envelope style with a rolled edge to the patchwork squares and a good overlap. You can see the reverse on the 2nd picture.
Over 1kg (surprisingly!) so postage is £4.50.
