Full description
A delicate little espresso cup with a matt ochre ash glaze, fired to 1260 degrees centigrade. The glaze was made with oak ash and marble powder, and shows darker where thinner, giving an interesting mottled effect in places. The artist's personal symbol has been impressed to the underside of the cup and inscribed to the base of the saucer.
This is ideal for those who like a small shot of very strong, black coffee in the morning! The cup measures approx. 4 cms tall and 6 cms across the mouth.
