I wanted to capture a little bit of Spring to take with me into the Autumn and Winter months when the trees and gardens become a little sparse of colour. Casting this beautfiul lavender blossom in a resin heart was my way of capturing that essence in a little keepsake.

Full description
This heart shaped pendant has been lovingly hand crafted by setting real dried flowers in crystal clear resin.
Encased in this resin pendant is beautiful, real lavender blossom evoking memories of spring. It has been created by casting layers of resin and flowers over several days and once fully cured the pendant has been carefully sanded and polished until lovely and shiny!
The heart is approx 2 - 2.5cm at it's widest point, and it is lovely and chunky at approx 1 cm deep. The front and back are flat so the pendant hangs elegantly and sits flush to the chest. It is attached to a pretty leaf shaped bail and strung on a silver plated curb* chain (38cm).
The necklace is durable and lightweight, and can be worn as a simple elegant feature necklace or teamed with other chunky jewellery for a kitsch, boho or vintage style.
All of my pendants are individually hand crafted by me and finished to a high standard. Due to the handmade nature of this piece, the one you receive may vary very slightly to the one pictured, making it an even more individual piece!
