Full description
This made to order ring has been reticulated - which means that the surface of the sterling silver has been heated, cooled, cleaned and brushed many times before being made into a ring. It's a very labour intensive process but oh so worth it!
It's oxidised to bring out the pattern, which kind of reminds me of the moon. Once oxidised it is brushed to a shine and the high spots are polished for wonderful texture.
It's made from 0.8mm thick sheet sterling silver, which means it's not a heavy ring to wear.
