When returning a Minifelt please ensure it is in it's original condition and obtain proof of postage. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. (I cannot refund postage costs unless the item is faulty or a mistake has been made). After receiving your dispatch confirmation email if your order hasn't arrived within 7 working days or 10-14 days for International Orders please contact me.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
