Full description
I made the stars for these earrings using chiyogami paper. I then coated the stars with acrylic spray for durability. Next I added a tiny green seed bead at either end of the star. The bright colours of this paper make the stars look like cloisonne. They are really pretty with a red, green, white and gold print.
The earwires are surgical steel and the total measurement is approx 2.75cm from the bottom of the earwire. The star is approx 2cm wide.
Paper is the traditional gift for a first wedding anniversary so this would make an ideal and unique present.
They are splash proof but not water proof, so don't wear them in the bath!
All origami earrings are supplied in a handmade origami gift box.
