Full description
This is a mixed media boxed canvas painting, using acrylic, silver sand and texture paste. It also has some artists 'gels' like Impasto Gel, and as you can see from the photo there is some shimmering and shine in parts of the painting
For once I used a photo as my starting point and it was of morecambe bay
The canvas is not of a professional standard, hence the lower price, I was trying out an alternative producer, and although you definatley can not tell from looking at it you can from holding it as it is lighter than professional standard. And unlike professional boxed canvas the attachment to the frame is on the side, however the sides are painted on.
The size is 50 x 40 CM
It can be hung straight on to the wall or sit on a mantle piece.
