Outer: brown and white polka dot cotton
Inner: plain brown cotton

This case fastens at the top with a small strip of velcro (making the case a little taller than the phone) helping to keep your iphone in the pouch.
This is one of the original toggle iphone case designs, which I still use for my phone. Last one left.
