Full description
The name marigold is straightforward and translates as ‘Mary’s gold’. They were considered to be the Virgin Mary’s flower and they are often used in honour of her.
These playful little french beaded marigolds are potted in a ceramic black boot and finished with dried moss. There are 6 flowers on stems surrounded by twisted sprigs of foliage. Each flower head measures between 1.5" and 2" and stand at various lengths. The ceramic boot is about 7" from heel to toe and the piece as a whole measures about 9" at it's tallest.
The steams are secured in florist foam and covered with dried moss to give it the texture of nature.
Cleaning and care instructions will also be included.
