Full description
This Ash platter has been turned from locally grown kiln dried timber. The rim and bowl of the dish are interrupted by a fine bead and the base has a gentle ogee curve finishing with a small foot. The pale finer grain has a translucent quality when caught by the light. After turning the bowl has been sanded until perfectly smooth then sealed and finished with natural carnauba wax before buffing to a beautiful sheen.
Ideal for holding little nik-naks, wrapped sweets, potpourri, wafers or even your keys.
This bowl is not waterproof and should not be used in a damp environment
