Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Individually hand cut 'I love you more than...' personalised greetings card. You choose the subject so the message relates perfectly to whoever you are sending it to!
Great for anniversaries, birthdays or just to surprise that special someone! 'I love you more than...' cake / tv / the cat / shopping / chips... whatever you like (but 2 words max please to fit in the design!)
Please include the subject you would like on your card when you order (the 'notes' section in PayPal) or send me a message to let me know. You can choose what colour card you would like your design cut from too!
My cards have 100% original designs hand cut from them so you see through them either just to the back of the card or to a coloured insert. The designs are cut out using a hand drawn template so no marks are ever drawn onto the actual card.
The cards are nice and tactile to hold and a real keepsake for the future. They look fab when they're in the sun and light shines through the design onto the shelf or wall too.
Cards are A6 size (10.5cm by 14.5 cm) (approx 7.75 inches by 4 inches) and come with an envelope. They will be well-packed to keep them flat and in perfect condition for you to send on to the lucky recipient!
