Full description
These bowls are made from a buff stoneware clay which is hand thrown on my potter's wheel. The two for sale here have a pale blue glaze on the inside and an Oatmeal glaze on the outside. The bowls are approximately 14cm in diameter and have a capacity of 300ml. They are just the right size to fit snuggly into your hand while you're supping a warm soup during a winter's evening.
The bowls were fired to over 1200 degrees centigrade and are therefore safe for use in the oven or dishwasher. the glazes used in all my pots are food safe.
