Full description
This wood and resin heart shaped pendant necklace has been hand crafted to create a one off piece for yourself, or perhaps as a gift.
The pendant starts life as a lasercut wooden shape, which is then sanded and smoothed by hand. The surface design is a delicate paper collage which I created using upcycled papers taken from vintage sewing books.
The heart is then coated with a crystal clear resin, which sets in a lovely domed shape and protects the surface from damage.
Finally the pendant is drilled and polished by hand (so it's lovely and shiny!), and strung on an antique brass chain. The heart is approx. 2.5cm, and the chain is 44cm.
This is a one off, so you can be sure of buying something truly original. Perfect for lovers of kitsch, vintage and haberdashery!
