Created from an original sketch I drew of our rescue cat Stella.
Sleepy Stella has been 'drawn' using my sewing machine onto white cotton fabric. This technique is called 'free motion stitching' , a technique that I love but has been difficult to master.
The cotton flower fabric that Stella is sleeping on has been heat bonded and then carefully sewn onto the cushion. The cushion has then been backed with white cotton fabric. Pre shrunk and machine washable.
Measurements ~ 18 inches by 11 inches
