This pattern will show you how to knit my original knitted hedgehog egg and tea cosies!
A really simple pattern that is suitable for relative beginners.
The egg cosy measures 6.5cm x 11cm.
the tea cosy measures 14cm x 26cm.
Materials needed:
2 x 50g balls of multicoloured sock yarn
1 x 15g ball of fluffy beige yarn
Toy stuffing
Black and blue embroidery thread for the eyes and nose
4mm knitting needles
Bodkin or wool needle
To make this pattern you will need to be able to:
Knit stitch
Purl stitch
Cast on
Cast off
Increasing
K2tog - knit 2 stitches together
P2tog- purl 2 stitches together
Loop stitch
