Taking something old and broken and being able to fashion it into an item of beauty is one of the best feelings ever. I also like the weathered / hammered texture as it makes them look like they've been around for a long time and have a story to tell.

Full description
I love these earrings! They are made using recycled silver from and old ring which I have melted down, then hammered into flat discs 1.5mm thick and approx 8 mm in diameter. They are finished with a copper nugget made by melting down recycled copper wire. They have top quality sterling silver posts with matching scrolls.
These earrings are dainty enough to wear all the time, just pop them in and forget about them... until people start commenting on how unusual and beautiful they are. Dare to be different- wear something no one else has!
They will be posted on the next working day via second class post, recorded delivery and will arrive in a black gift box.
