Nature is something which is common to all my work. My artwork certainly isn’t true to the gritty reality of nature - it's more like focusing on an aspect of its beauty and running with it, seeing where it can be taken. I like to keep things simple, and to me that means trying to create something which people can hopefully take some pleasure and enjoyment from, and that is my aim with my paintings.

Please note: Frame NOT included, display purposes only
8" x 10" mounted print from an original painting by Lily Greenwood, ready to go straight into your favourite picture frame. The mount is neutral pale cream to go with any decor, securely mounted to a sturdy back board. The prints are professional digital prints on Fujicolor Crystal Archive satin matt paper.
In 2006 Lily became a tenant at Manchester Craft & Design Centre, where work is made and sold on the premises in combined studio and retail space. Pursuing painting, Lily's work reflects a love of nature, predominantly featuring birds, blossoms and butterflies.
Over the last few years Lily has developed a unique way of working, meticulously hand painting butterflies which are then reproduced and used as collage material.
Please note this print is ready to go into a standard 8" x 10" frame including the mount - the image size alone measures 6" x 8".
Protected in a clear cello bag, and shipped flat in a rigid envelope.
