Full description
Following a lovely trip to the rugged North Devon coastline recently I was inspired to make this little panel. The tree is painted using kiln fired glass paints which I paint on and then fire at over 600 degrees. The butterfly is acid etched onto the glass and the panel incorporates a variety of textures and makes of glass. I have used traditional leading techniques to make the panel and it will look lovely hanging or leaning in a sunny window.
