I started making peg bags for my family and friends as gifts- and they kept telling me I should make them to sell them- so here I am!
The peg bags are made from a 100% cotton fabric- which is durable enough to withstand many many laundry days! I source the hangers locally and cut them down to size and sand them too.
I fully line the peg bags so as to make them hard-wearing, but also to make the peg bag more attractive, as the lining inside the peg bag is on show and a feature. I order the bias binding from Folksy- as I think this finishes the look of the peg bag and again makes it more robust.
Being a conscientious sewer, I make sure all the seams are neatened inside as well. I make my peg bags to last!
