I have used a lovely soft needlecord fabric in purple, to make an oblong pack which contains 1lb. (454g) of wheat and a handful of dried lavender flowers.
It measures 5.25" x 16" which is an ideal size to place across shoulders and wear whilst moving around indoors, as a natural way to ease pain
It can be heated in a microwave and used to treat many ailments including headaches, stomach pains
stiff necks etc.
The addition of lavender produces a lovely aromatherapy effect.
May also be chilled and used for reducing swellings,high temperatures etc.
Full printed instructions for use are included.
