Full description
A darling little envelope shaped needlecase.
Using pretty cotton prints, in shades of pale pink and blue, both are sewing themed. I've fussy cut both fabrics to show them to best effect. The needle case is interlined with fine wool batting to give structure.
The gingham panel is hand-embroidered in chain-stitch, with the addition of a pretty polka dot ribbon and ric-rac trim. The finishing touches are a tiny pearl floral button and a pretty vintage style heart charm.
Inside, the pages are wool felt in a deep dusky pink colour.
The envelope closes with a press-stud fastening.
A charming little addition to a work-basket, or a dinky little gift for a sewing enthusiast.
