I was thinking about a friend who was struggling to move on in an area of her life due to the comments someone had made about her several years back, sometimes we need a little help to shake off negativity and focus on the positive. If you feel that something or someone is holding you back from moving forward in your life then this is the spell for you. This spell is done in 2 stages, during a waning moon and then on a new moon, full instructions are inside the spell scroll, along with a chiastolite crystal which is a beautiful unusual crystal which helps bury negativity and allow you to face the future fearlessly. It also contains two pentagrams, dried mistletoe, dried elderberries and a tall candle. I decided to write a spell like this when I was thinking about how a friend had clung on to cruel words an ex spoke to her and how this had coloured her life. I wanted to help her eradicate the influence of his wicked words and enable her to realise she really did deserve happiness and would find it. I'm sure it will work for you too!
