Full description
This is truely the gift for the geek in your family. We all have one don't we? Mine is my youngest son. He's ten years old and he can tell you the value of pi to 80 decimal places and has an astonishing knowledge of (mostly useless) facts.
This gorgeous little dish was handthrown in my tiny pottery and then fired twice to a lovely pale green. It was then smoke fired in a ceremonial firing on a freezing cold day last winter. The final firing left the lovely resinous texture you can see on the photographs.
The text sprialled inside the bowl is the value of pi .....well as much as would fit anyway.
I'm happy to make a personalised pi dish using your own choice of colours.
