Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

'You had me at hello' handmade cut out card for that special person in your life. Great for anniversaries, weddings days, or just for no reason. Spoil them with a unique and handmade card and make their day!
The message and love heart details are individually laser cut from top quality white linen-textured card. There will also be a paper inlay inside which is left blank for your message. You choose the colour of the paper inlay! The ones shown here are army green and bright purple. Just mention the colour you would like in the 'notes' box when you pay through PayPal or send me a message. I have most colours so will do my best! If there are no colours requested I'll make it in white and army green as shown here in the first photos.
Standard cards are A6 size (10.5cm by 15cm) and each card comes with an envelope and will be packed carefully so keep it in perfect condition for giving. Storeyshop cards are nice and tactile to hold and look lovely when the light shines through and the design is reflected onto the inlay. They make a nice keepsake for the future too and look fab framed.
