Full description
This paper daisy comes from a collection of small gift pieces I've been working on which are all hand cut using scalpel & scissors. The pages used have been taken from a coverless gardening book I recently found in a charity shop near to my home in Brighton UK. The wooden base comes from locally coppiced woodland that would otherwise be discarded. The daisy measures approx 9.5 x 3cm with the head being roughly 2cm round, so it mimics the size of a real daisy.
This piece has been treated with a uv filter & matt varnish to protect it, however, it would still be best to avoid direct sunlight as this could fade the piece. Do get in touch if you have any questions or queiries.
