I have a prolific vine which I love... I love the way it explores and those fantastic curly tendrils...but love the leaves most especially. It is a good job I love it as the fruit are utterly vile 4 years out of 5!
This is a lovely natural leaf heart, hand rolled clay, cut heart the shaped and pressed again to make a much more organic yummy feel. I have impressed a wine leaf and colour washed with a vine like green hue. Glazed and fired to earthenware temperatures in my studio in the heart of Norfolk.
The backs of these hearts are left without glaze to take a message written in pencil, felt tip or marker. Or you can use it as an essential oil smelly.....the earthenware back is porous and will absorb whatever oil you fancy, I have these in my wardrobe with lavender infused in.
These hearts are all individually made so will differ slightly in shape size and leaf imprint. They are 9-10 cm long and approx 7cm wide. I finish with a satin ribbon and a little label.
I post using first class packets and use recycled materials lovingly gathered by my womble like parents from supermarkets!
If you want specific leaves or impressed designs do mail me. I have done runs of designs for people for events and functions and they are quite popular!
